30-Day Free Returns Policy

At Perkfection, we endeavour to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day returns policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.

Part-refunds, full-refunds and exchanges are all covered by this policy.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygiene strip attached.
  2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery
  3. Proof of purchase, such as order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
  4. Returns must be shipped back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  6. We offer one free exchange/return per customer. 

Part-Returns & Part-Refunds:

  1. Part-returns and part-refunds are accepted.
  2. You will be charged for the items you have kept. The difference will be refunded to your method of payment/card.
  3. If you have used a "3 for 2" vouchercode or promotion you will be charged the full value for the items you have kept and the difference will be refunded.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorisation.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Pack your item(s) securely and include the original packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
  6. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  2. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  3. If you opt for an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item(s) to be sent to you.
