7 Day Returns
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Proof of purchase, such as order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
- Returns must be shipped back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team to request a return authorisation.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Pack your item(s) securely and include the original packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team using a trackable shipping method.
- Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
- Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If you opt for an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item(s) to be sent to you.
