7 Day Returns

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  2. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery
  3. Proof of purchase, such as order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
  4. Returns must be shipped back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorisation.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Pack your item(s) securely and include the original packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
  6. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  2. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  3. If you opt for an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item(s) to be sent to you.
